Wonderful experience using John's Carpets in Willesborough. Staff are all lovely, booked me in as soon as possible, patient when I needed to wait to have my stairs rebuilt, didn't mind at all that I changed my carpet choice from the original quote, and just superb from start to finish. Paul, the carpet fitter was so lovely - worked very hard, and has done an amazing job! Will certainly use again if and when I need more carpet in my new home. Thank you so much!

From start to finish the service we received was outstanding . The lady who came out to measure the rooms and brought samples was so lovely and friendly . The price for all the work was such amazing value for money considering the high quality of everything. The carpet fitter ,Paul and his apprentice were friendly and the work was carried out efficiently and loos amazing . The whole process of dealing with the business was so smooth from initial call, house visit and completion .All carried out when they said and in a friendly , efficient manner . Highly recommend John's Carpets Ashford!
I recently had my old carpets replaced with new flooring by John's Carpets Ashford and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent — everything was clear, prompt, and professional. The representative came directly to my home with a range of carpet samples, which made it so much easier to choose the perfect colour, texture, and type of flooring for my space.
The actual replacement of the old carpets was carried out quickly and very professionally. The team worked efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail.
On top of that, the price was very reasonable and competitive compared to other quotes I received. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. Everything was handled to a very high standard — from the initial consultation and advice, through to the installation and final result.

Very competitive pricing and had a good selection of carpets and gave some good advice on which type of underlay and carpet to choose.

On the day the fitters were professional, they didn't have a Henry to clean up at the time noted for my job.

Very happy with service and carpets laid. The requirement had its nuances but the management at John’s Carpets sorted out the carpet for my Dad’s small bungalow within a week!
