Commercial Flooring
We've spent years fitting floors in homes across Kent - and we bring that same expertise, reliability and attention to detail to commercial projects of all sizes.
We work with estate and letting agents, landlords, schools, local authorities, architects, offices, shops and hospitality venues. We understand the demands of a commercial environment: tight timescales, minimal disruption and a finish that has to last.
We've fitted carpets at some of Kent's most recognisable venues - including Boys Hall, the boutique hotel and restaurant in Ashford - and we're just as proud of every school corridor and commercial carpet tile we've laid along the way.
Commercial clients we regularly work with:
Borough Councils
Estate & letting agents
Landlords and property developers
Schools and educational institutions
Offices and business premises
Hospitality venues, pubs and restaurants
OUR PROCESS
How it works
1
Get in touch
Call us, WhatsApp us or fill in our quick contact form. Tell us roughly what you're looking for and where - we'll take it from there. We respond almost instantly.
2
We come to you
We’ll visit your home or business to measure up and bring samples tailored to what you’re looking for. We can usually provide your full quote during the visit. Larger or more technical jobs may be quoted later that day or by the following day.

Choose your flooring
Take your time with the samples. We'll leave some with you if you need to see them in different light. There's no rush and no pressure - ever.
4
We fit it!
Once you're happy, we book the fitting. In most cases that's the very next day. Our team arrives, moves your furniture, fits the floor and leaves your home clean and tidy.
